These Terms of Service govern use of the public WorthPeeks website and the private WorthPeeks Publisher application. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. WorthPeeks Publisher is an internal application intended only for authorized WorthPeeks administrators.
2. WorthPeeks Product Content
WorthPeeks publishes product-discovery content and links to third-party retailers. Content is provided for general informational purposes. Product specifications, availability, prices, promotions, and retailer terms may change, and visitors should verify important information with the retailer or manufacturer before purchasing.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
WorthPeeks participates in affiliate programs. As an Amazon Associate, WorthPeeks earns from qualifying purchases. We may receive a commission when a visitor follows an eligible affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to the visitor.
4. WorthPeeks Publisher
WorthPeeks Publisher is used to manage WorthPeeks' own social content and authorized accounts. Access is restricted. Authorized administrators remain responsible for reviewing and approving content, metadata, visibility settings, comments, and publishing actions before those actions are sent to third-party platforms.
5. YouTube API Services
Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. WorthPeeks' handling of information accessed through YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Authorized Actions and Account Security
Authorized administrators must keep WorthPeeks Publisher login credentials secure and must not allow unauthorized persons to use the application. The Publisher may only perform account actions within permissions granted through the applicable third-party authorization process. Administrators should review the destination channel/account and the proposed action before approving a publish, comment, update, or similar write operation.
7. Third-Party Services
WorthPeeks links to and may interact with third-party services such as YouTube, Google, Amazon, and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. WorthPeeks does not control their availability, pricing, content, or policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The WorthPeeks name, site design, original site content, and original WorthPeeks media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, images, and platform names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not attempt to bypass Publisher access controls, obtain credentials or authorization tokens without permission, interfere with the website or Publisher, misuse third-party APIs, scrape restricted services in violation of their terms, or use WorthPeeks services for unlawful or deceptive activity.
10. Disclaimer
WorthPeeks services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the continued availability of any third-party API or retailer listing, or that third-party product information will remain unchanged.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WorthPeeks will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, Publisher, affiliate links, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as WorthPeeks, WorthPeeks Publisher, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
